Distribution of Educational Kit to poor students:-
On Sunday the 14th of June, 2015, 51 poor students of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Halbarga – Bidar were given educational kit. These were sponsored by several friends and benefactors in and outside India. The programme began with a thanksgiving mass offered by Fr. Lourdswamy and Fr. Joslie D’Silva. During the Mass special prayers were offered for the intentions of the donors. After the mass these kits were given to each and every 51 students. Mr. Girish Krishnamurthy who sponsored the school bags was present during the function and distributed the kit to all the students. Bro. Victor Crasta, the principal of Anugraha School urged the students to make best use of the facility provided.
