Anugraha School: Renewal Program
The School stands first in Bidar district because of the scouts and guides activities: the specialty of Anugraha School is that every child and every staff in the school is in scouts and guides. In this venture, I must mention one name i.e. Very Rev. Bro. Victor Crasta, the previous principal whose personal interest and encouragement the school stands head high in whole of Bidar district. Today the new principal of the School Fr. Richard has continued the same spirit with much enthusiasm that every child entering here becomes a scout and guide by nature of the school. On 8th of October, 2016 the Anugraha School witnessed one of the major steps in the Scouts and Guides movement. There was a “Chaitanya Shibira”, that is renewal camp for all the students and staff. The eminent personalities of the District Scouts and Guides Bidar, presided over for one day basic camp. To mention some of them: Dr. Bershetty DOC (District Organizing Commissioner),Mr. Babu Rao, LT (Leader’s Trainer), Mr. Shivashankar Patil, Mr. Anil Sharthri Cubs Trainer and MR. Ramesh Tipshetty were present. The eminent personalities were welcomed by the famous band group of Anugraha. Thereupon, the principal of the school welcomed the dignitaries by garlanding. Thus the flag hoisting and other training sessions were held to encourage the students. Each trainer cubs and bulbuls, scouts and guides were separately guided. Thereafter, the external activities like dance and singing also brought more interest in the activities. At the end all the dignitaries were hounoured by the principal and Fr. Lourdswamy. Thus the program ended with photo session and sweet distribution.
