Vimochana Day:-
September 17th is an auspicious day for Hyderabad-Karnataka region as they celebrated the Independence Day. Anugraha School too remembered this day and celebrated it in a befitting manner. National flag was hoisted at 7.30 a.m. by Fr. Joslie D’Silva, OFM cap. the parish priest of Halbarga Church. He explained to all gathered the significance of the day. Hyderabad-Karnataka received the freedom on September 17th 1948 from the rule of Nizam. Bro. Victor Crasta, OFM Cap. the principal of the school narrated briefly the meaning of true freedom and how to achieve it. The students entertained everyone by staging colourful programmes and singing patriotic songs.
