Annual Day at Anugraha:-
School Annual Day of Anugraha School at Halbarga, Bidar was held on Saturday 8th February, 2014. The day began by welcoming the dignitaries to the dais by Fr. Lourdswamy. The newly formed troops of cubs and Bulbuls were officially inaugurated by the Block Education Officer Mr. Prakash Dongre. The new book “±Á¯Á eÁÕ£ÉÆÃQÛUÀ¼ÀÄ” (Thoughts for the Day) edited Bro. Victor Crasta was released by Msgr. Stany Lobo, the vicar general of the diocese of Gulbarga. The new website of the school www.anugrahabidar.org was officially launched by Fr. Sebastian Fernandes, OFM Cap. who arrived from New Zealand. Mr. Naveen D’Souza of Business on line.com who sponsored this website was thanked profusely in his absence. Mr. Eshwar Khandre, the MLA of Bhalki praised the school management and promised to dig a bore well for the school from the government funds immediately and a compound wall for the entire school property later. Fr. Joseph Dolphy Pais, OFM Cap. the provincial of the Holy Trinity province, Karnataka and also the president of the Capuchin Education Board was all in praise for the excellent performance of the students and thanked each and every staff for the efforts they had put up to bring up this school. Several other dignitaries spoke on the occasion always in praise for the quality of education imparted in this school. Tiny tots entertained every one gathered with colourful cultural programmes. Mr. Naveen Nazareth and Miss Geetha compered the programme of the first part of the day and Abishek B and Nandini S of Std. II compered the second part, i.e. cultural programme. Bro. Victor Crasta, OFM Cap. the school principal presented the annual report and Aishwarya B of Std. III shared her experience as a student. More than 2,000 people attended the programme which lasted for more than three hours.
