Anugraha School:
“War on Uncleanness”
Mahatma Gandhi said, “We can no more gain God’s blessing with an
unclean body than with an unclean mind. A clean body cannot reside in an
unclean city”. Therefore, it is better to clean the city and specially

and Guides students of Anugraha School walked the streets and collected
the dirt that was on the road, streets, beside shops, every nook and
corner of the city. The students collected mainly the plastic and
papers. Indeed it was an eye opener for all people of Halbarga.
The program began with garlanding the picture of Mahatma Gandhi at
School the premises. Thereafter with solemn band procession the staff
and students of Anugraha entered the main roads of the city. They
marched like bold soldiers as if it was “a war on uncleanliness”. There
was 15 minutes program in the middle of the main road to create an
awareness about the bad that can affect because of the unhealthy things
that are around us. The Principal of the school, Fr. Richard OFM Cap,
PSI Mr. Vijaykumar Dhannura, PDO Mr. Shridhar, Halbarga, Fr.
Prashanthkumar Parish priest Halbarga, and Fr. Lourdswamy were present.

Godliness. Thereafter all the dignitaries and students joined in
